Rosa Coplon Long Term Home Health Care provides skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, nutrition and medical social work services, and home health aide services to residents on Campus or in your home. Case management is also provided to ensure support services such as social day care, Meals on Wheels, a personal emergency response system, and medical supplies and equipment.
